Get all the skills you need to transfer to Izanagi to those two first before fusing, obviously. 2nd tip: Magician Arcana Chance will help you get skills you couldn't learn from Obariyon-Shikome fusing. Grind Levels (persona levels do factor into hit rate and damage) Grind Skill Cards in shuffle time or spend time. Put up with his extreme lack of resistances.
