I was told the same thing almost 10 years ago. I also loved GEICO when I was initially hired. It was a different beast. Having a few minutes between calls wasn’t taboo. Departments received weeks of well planned training and it was FUN! My job was tough but recognition was abundant and I enjoyed competing to be a top performer.
