A common issue that anyone playing DMZ would know about, yet the devs don't even have it up on the Trello board. I don't normally swap insured weapons that often, but it was annoying doing all the missions that required kills with a certain weapon. Having to re-tune the gun each time I changed it is just wasted time you never get back.

Bug. No matter what I do, swap the weapon out. Delete weapons, anytime I go back, I’m stuck with said gun. I can’t equip my insured weapon and I’m stuck with whatever gun I exfil with! It’s ridiculous! Edit: Dying/leaving with weapon gets rid of it but trying to equip a new weapon results in only fists being equipped.

If you DO NOT own MW2 and only have Warzone 2.0, press DELETE ALL and boot the game. It should re-sync all your data, nothing is lost, and you should be able to use whatever gun you want in DMZ. You need to click the switch that says allow fill or something like that. You won't see a weapon unless you have contraband but there will be ticks indicating you've toggled fill with random weapons.. #3. You need a backpack, if you brought two weapons and one of them didnt make it in, the weapon that does make it in will be in your primary slot. Stow it, equip it again and it will be in your secondary slot. Then all you have to do is stow a weapon (from a bot or ground loot) and that weapon in your backpack will be the one that didnt make it in.
