On my Powerbolt 2, the keypad flashes red 3 times with 3 beeps. There are four reasons for this to occur: 1. Door jammed while attempting to lock. Manually re-lock door. If needed, reposition strike. 2. Door handing code has not been entered. Enter door handing code. 3. No User Code programmed, or User Codes are disabled.
